If you wish to cancel your initial Premium or Platinum subscription within thirty (30) days of the commencement of your initial subscription (monthly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual), you must notify our Customer Service Department by email to legal@stokhold.com. You may not cancel a subscription by any other means. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be provided after the first 30 days of access or service.
Select products on Stokhold are offered for a one-time payment instead of a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual amount. These products are properly documented on each of the product pages and will clearly state that it is a one-time payment purchase next to the price of the product on the product pages. Likewise, subscription services will clearly state if it is a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual subscription next to the price of the product on the product page.
Some select products include a 7-day trial; these products are not included in the 30-day money back guarantee. For these subscriptions you have the trial period in which you can determine if you would like to continue with your subscription service. Once the 7 days have concluded, the normal billing cycle will begin and we cannot issue a refund.
At Stokhold, we offer a 1-year money back guarantee* if your virtual portfolio*** return after the portfolio start date ("start date") will be less than the return of S&P 500, since the start date, plus 5%. Your start date is the date you initially ordered your virtual portfolio in Stokhold. If you terminate your subscription in any month within the 1-year period from your order date, you will lose the right to get money back guarantee. To get the full advantage of our 1-year money back guarantee you have to pay a subscription 12 months in a row or to purchase the annual subscription.
Yearly payment plans will be processed on your start date** and will only offer a money back guarantee in 1-year if your virtual portfolio return after the portfolio start date ("start date") will be less than the return of S&P 500, since the start date, plus 5%.
Our 1-year money back guarantee is not applicable to the Premium subscription plan — it is only for Platinum subscription plan.
If you are a monthly/quarterly/annual subscriber, You will not receive a refund or reimbursement of Your subscription fee if canceled past 30 days of your start date. If you cancel your monthly/quarterly/annual subscription, you will not be charged any future subscription fees.
*Not applicable to promotional purchases.
**Annual packages purchased at a discounted rate will renew at the going annual rate unless otherwise noted.
***Virtual portfolio is a portfolio in Stokhold database linked to the personal account and which is available for a customer in a personal dashboard. The robot makes trade stock deals for such a portfolio and a customer receives notifications about such deals by email, push notifications, or in a messenger. A customer can always see the state of a current virtual portfolio in his/her personal account. All the trades that are done by the robot for a virtual portfolio and shown in the portfolio trades history are only intended to provide you with general information and is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to purchase any security and may not be relied upon for investment purposes.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.
